Recently Facebook introduced two new and useful features for Facebook pages and Facebook groups.Reply option in the comments which is available forpages right now and soon will be available for profile as well and the second one is pin post feature which will be available for Facebook groups but pin post feature will be available for admin of the groups only so if you are not seeing this feature and then don't be surprised as you may not be the admin of the group.

Why reply option is not present on all the pages?
Currently reply option is available for popular Facebook pages and small fan base pages still will have to wait little longer for this feature. This feature is also not available for personal profile till now but it may become available in the coming week or so or maybe after some time.
What is pinned post?
For those of you who don't know about pin post, pin post is a feature which is useful for forums (now for Facebook groups as well) by which post always remains on top independent of other posts.
Both of these features are very useful for users and certainly makes the interaction part more comfortable.
