As 2012 is ended two days ago with great joy and prospects in 2013.‎2012 remained one of the most interesting years in terms of cricket journey for fans and players as many great players has ended their career in this year.So lets have a look at 2012's big dissappointment­s for cricket fans.

#5: Mark Boucher: He ended his career after he was injured in the tour match at England.Mark Boucher had the record for highest number of catches as wicket keeper in test cricket but unfortunately eye injury forced him to stay out of cricket.

#4: VVS Laxman:He ended his career after his disappointing performance against Australia,England and Many countries in recent past. He made this decision after he was selected for the home test series against New Zealand.He is the best 2nd innings player for India and a Batting legend in difficult conditions.Laxman innings of 281* is still the best innings of the century as voted by wisdon.

#3: Ricky ponting :He retired from the International cricket after 17 years in cricket. Recent work load and effort seemed to reach an end as his form is not according to his standards. His legacy as a captain, batsman, especially as a fielder will be remembered for the long time...!.He played more than 50 match winning  innings for Austrailia but his knock of 144* in 2003 world cup final against india was the best.

#2: Rahul Dravid :A man whose career is flourished with patient knocks, came to an end.Nobody can replace him in test cricket forever.He taught batsman to score runs with turmendous focus and patience.He played some jam of the knocks for india in both formats of cricket but innings of 181* in kolkatta and 233* in adelade vs austrailia along with laxman were his best innings .

#1: Sachin Tendulkar: The owner of around 95 records  in cricket which can be seen in brief here-Sachin's Record Book, announced his retirement from the ODI cricket.After winning 2011 world cup this annoucement was on the cards and he decided to say good bye at his peak in odi with his last two scores 113 vs bangladesh and 52 vs pakistan in asia cup.He played some match match knocks in odi cricket but his knock of 98 vs pakistan in world cup 2003 and 85 vs pakistan in world cup 2011 were very cruital and the best of the best.
