Round 2: App Development Round=in this Round you have to develop Applications on Microsoft technologies, this time technologies were-Windows Phone or/and Windows 8.
This is the mandatory round and application development require lots of time and hard work but it is not impossible yes I repeat not impossible. I made apps on windows Phone as each windows phone app had 50 points and each windows 8 app had 100 points.
Each year app development round has new Microsoft technologies and I am sure next year we will have the windows azure into the consideration as well.
Reference for my learning about Windows Phone-Windows Phone 7 eBook By Charles and Channel 9 windows phone tutorial series. If you are looking for tutorials then please visit my new blog completely dedicated to Microsoft Technologies-Geeks Village-Currently it is new so it does not have enough tutorial but by next year you will have enough content to learn about Microsoft technologies.

Final Words by Me: Microsoft Student Partner is a great Program as I heard From Senior Microsoft Student Partners and I am very glad to be selected as one of them but regardless of the selection I learnt a lot during participation in MSP Program. I want to say that don't get dishearted if you are not selected as MSP as you already have the knowledge of social media marketing+video making+app development+search engine optimization and other participant friends just by taking part in it which cannot be taken away from you ever. Congrats to all the new MSP and Best of Luck to All the Participants for the next year.
