After watching the whole season here is my list of ipl5 eleven with 7 indians and 4 outsiders based on the perfomances of all players this season.This season produced lots of surprizes as most of the well known players didn't performed according to their potencial while some players made their mark.Some good new indian talents and some consistent perofomers so here is the best eleven for ipl season 5.
1 and 2.openers-openers who fired in this season are shewag,gayle,dhawan,rahane and dravid but you know when you have gayle and shewag combo of strike rate 160+ you will never look beyond that.
3.Gautam gambhir- don't see any compedition for that spot yes gambhir opened in some matches and batted at 3 but he has experience in batting at 3 so he will be at 3 as kohli dissapointed badly this season.
4.Rohit sharma-yes he has the talent for years but this season he had played some jam of the ininings this season hundred agaisnt kkr was ininings of seasoon.
5.Ab devilliers-no compedition for that spot he wins hands down ,best player in the world right now and won 2 matches for rcb from the jaws of defeat,he can keep also-extra advantage.
6.Ambati Raydu-yes its a surprize but at no.-6,i don't any indian player showed the temporament like him .he plays 30+ ininings at crucial time.Won mumbai 2 matches at the depth overs.
7.Ravinder jadeja-Yes another googly but only other indian player who is near to him is irfan patthan but for indian condition jadeja is much better option.He has played good cricket in patches,has the ability to bat and bowl and exceptional fielder.
8.Piyush chawla-yes believe it or not he is the no.-1 indian spinner this season as bhajji,ashwin,ojha and others dissapointed.he is instrumental in punjab wins and has a ability to score quick runs as well.
9.Umesh yadav-Yes he is india's best fast boowler in ipl5 And one the reason for success of delhi.He bowls real fast and good yorkers.Remember the match against rr where he stopped rahane to score 2 runs on final bowl.
10.Lasith malinga-Best t20 bowler without any doubt.If you think you can score 12 a over in last overs face malinga then.Purple cap holder competitor with morkel but he has the advantage with yorkers and economy rate .one of the reason for mumbai indians success.
11.Sunil naraine-Yes biggest surprise of the season best spinner with economy less than 5.5 .KKr's success this season is because of this man with bowl.Deadly accurate with both pehla and dusra.
Captain-gautam gambhir as i am choosing best captain of the season not captain for the best team in the season.
